✅ Compliance Statement

PLG ROMANIA VANILLA+ strictly adheres to the official DayZ Server Monetization Rules published by Bohemia Interactive at bohemia.net/monetization. All monetization activities on this server comply with the requirements for approved private shard servers.

2. What We Offer

The following items and perks are available for purchase in the PLG Store. In accordance with Bohemia Interactive's rules, none of these affect gameplay — they are purely cosmetic or provide queue priority only.

2.1 Supporter Packages

  • Discord roles — Special color and recognition on our community Discord server
  • In-game name color — Custom color for your in-game chat name (cosmetic only)
  • Priority queue access — Reserved slot to skip the queue during peak hours

2.2 Cosmetic Items

  • Character skins — Alternative character appearances (purely visual)
  • Clothing skins — Cosmetic clothing variants with no stat or gameplay changes
  • Weapon skins — Cosmetic weapon finishes that do not alter weapon performance

2.3 Donations

We accept pure donations. A donation is a voluntary gift without any counter-value. Donors receive no perks, rewards, or items in return. This is allowed without Bohemia approval.

3. What We Do NOT Offer

In compliance with Bohemia Interactive's FAQ, we do NOT sell or provide any of the following:

  • ❌ In-game money, currency, or coins
  • ❌ Weapons, ammunition, or magazines
  • ❌ Vehicles, vehicle spawns, or vehicle parts
  • ❌ Building materials (nails, planks, metal sheets, etc.)
  • ❌ Code locks, combination locks, or base security items
  • ❌ Tools, equipment, or survival gear
  • ❌ Medical supplies, food, or drink
  • ❌ Any item that affects player stats, health, or abilities
  • ❌ Any gameplay-affecting perks or advantages
  • ❌ Exclusive access to locked content or areas

4. Fair Play & Balance

We are committed to maintaining a fair and balanced playing field for all players:

  • All monetization is entirely optional. Every gameplay feature is fully accessible to non-paying players.
  • No purchased item provides a competitive advantage in PvP or survival.
  • Priority queue access only affects queue position — it does not affect in-game gameplay.
  • All players are held to the same server rules regardless of purchase status.
  • Administration and moderation decisions are made independently of any purchase history.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PayPal, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full financial information (credit card numbers, bank accounts, etc.).

Purchases are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Mod Author Permissions

All mods used on PLG ROMANIA VANILLA+ are used with the explicit or implicit permission of their authors. If you are a mod author and believe your mod is being used without proper authorization, please contact us immediately at admin@plgromania.com and we will resolve the matter promptly.

7. Compliance & Enforcement

We are committed to full compliance with Bohemia Interactive's monetization rules:

  • We will immediately suspend any monetization activity found to violate BI policy.
  • We will fully cooperate with Bohemia Interactive in any compliance investigation.
  • We will remove any item from our store if BI determines it violates the rules.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy to maintain compliance.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed to maintain compliance with Bohemia Interactive's rules or to reflect changes in our offerings. Updates will be posted on this page and announced on Discord.
